Maternity Leave coaching

It’s no secret that the transition to motherhood often creates a shift in priorities and identity. Planning for your maternity leave and then returning to work is another major transition. It includes logistical considerations like finding childcare and figuring out a plan for feeding, but it also comes with other important questions like where work “fits” into things, re-evaluating professional goals, navigating your company’s culture, and reflecting on how you will engage in the dance of balancing everything in a way that feels fulfilling and energizing.

These questions are deeply personal and will be different for everyone. I’m here to hold space and provide guidance on navigating this transition. We connect to identify what would be most supportive based on where you’re at and sessions are tailored accordingly. Sessions can happen as you prepare for your maternity leave, leading up to returning to work, and/or after you’ve already gone back.

coaching packages

We will first do a 15 minute consult to go through what’s on your heart and explore if it’s the right fit for both of us. We can start our work together during your pregnancy (ideal!) or after your baby arrives.

3 sessions

Perfect for the mama craving light support. The general structure is one session to plan for your maternity leave, one session during your maternity leave, and another session once you have returned to work.

You’ll also receive a postpartum resource kit to help keep yourself nourished in all ways.

Total investment: $350

5 sessions

Looking to go more in depth? The 5 session package includes 1-2 sessions before your leave, 1-3 sessions during your leave, and 1-2 sessions once you have returned to work. We will tailor this based on your context!
