Join me for prenatal yoga or an upcoming workshop. Yoga classes are specifically designed to support your pregnancy and include movement and breathing techniques that will support you before, during, and after birth. Workshops typically include a creative exercise and community building with other mamas-to-be.

hypnobirthing®

HypnoBirthing is a childbirth education course rooted in the knowing that birth can be a positive and empowering experience. It emphasizes the mind body connection, and you will learn various breathing, visualization, and meditative practices to support your birth. The course meets over five weeks.

1:1 maternity leave coaching

Preparing for and then returning to work can be a major transition for new moms. Your identity and priorities may have changed, and the transition back to work includes not only important logistical considerations, but emotional ones, too. It can be overwhelming! Whatever your goals, I provide 1:1 support for women who are looking to intentionally transition back to work.
